Hi,
I have never had this problem with this plugin before, but I tried to perform a backup of the database and soon after, the backup failed. I am now unable to access my site or /wp-admin at all because of a '500 Internal Server Error.' I run a couple of other sites off of DreamHost and they are up and running. No other changes have been made, so I know that the error is as a result of this update. I can access the sites FTP and here are the things I did, in order (none of them worked)
1. Renamed the backupwordpress folder
2. Then, when that didn't work, deleted the backupwordpress folder completely
3. Then, renamed the whole plugins folder to plugins.deactivate
-Still have an error. I'm thinking it might be the memory or something? How do I find this out? This plugin was the only one I was working with and the last thing I did when the site crashed.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Ali
